The recipient enters the code at checkout. It applies to any print, any size, any format — no restrictions or expiry for 12 months.

Yes. Add your message at checkout and it will appear in the recipient's email alongside the code.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift card codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used across multiple orders until the balance is spent.
What if the print costs more than the card value?
The recipient simply pays the difference at checkout using any normal payment method. Any remaining balance stays on the card.
Can I refund a gift card?
