These Terms and Conditions govern your use of addresstoart.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

We operate from a single location. We have no branch offices.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. What we sell, and how it is made

We sell art prints — canvas, poster and framed pieces. Every piece is produced to order through our print partners after your order is placed. Nothing is held in stock and there is no shelf copy to put back. This is why the cancellation and replacement rules in clause 5 and in our Cancellation and Refund Policy are written the way they are.

Colour on a screen is not colour on paper or canvas. Minor variation between what you see on your display and the finished print is normal and is not a defect.

3. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices on this website are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay to us.

We ship internationally from India. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient, assessed by the destination country. Please check your own country's thresholds before ordering.

Where Indian GST applies to a supply, it is charged as required by law under GSTIN 06AENPA2479J2ZB.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was wrong, if we cannot serve your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

5. Cancellation, damage and loss

You may cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. After dispatch an order cannot be cancelled.

Because every piece is produced to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, or because a print suits the room differently than expected.

If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, we replace it or refund you in full. The full procedure and timelines are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines, costs and serviceability are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Timelines are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed dates.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, text and design on this site are owned by SO MANY THOUGHTS or licensed to it, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Purchasing a print gives you the physical article, not the copyright in the image.

Address to Art™ is a trade mark used by SO MANY THOUGHTS.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to scrape or copy it systematically.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for damage caused during installation or hanging.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, weather, strikes, civil disturbance or government action.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
