Every piece is made to order, packed with care and shipped fully tracked and insured to the EU, UK, US and NZ. Something not right? We make it easy.
Production
We do not hold stock. Every canvas, poster and framed piece is printed to order on museum-grade cotton with archival inks rated for over a century of lightfastness. Production takes three to five working days before your piece ships.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link the moment your order leaves the studio.
Packaging
Rigid double-walled box with moulded foam corner protection. Corner seams are re-taped by hand before dispatch.
Rolled in a wide-diameter postal tube (never folded). Acid-free tissue protects the print surface during unrolling.
Wrapped in acid-free tissue, then corner-padded in a custom-sized box. Every shipment is fully insured.
Delivery estimates
Production (3–5 days) plus transit time below. Customs delays may extend these estimates by a day or two for international shipments.

Duties & taxes
Applicable VAT, GST and import duties are estimated and shown at checkout before you pay. For EU and UK orders VAT is included in the displayed price. US and NZ customers may see local import thresholds applied — these are shown clearly at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund — no questions asked. Email us at hello@addresstoart.com with your order number and we will arrange a prepaid return label.
Prints must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received. Once we have inspected the return, your refund is processed within two business days.
Every shipment is fully insured. If anything arrives damaged, send a single photo to hello@addresstoart.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will dispatch a replacement at no charge.
No return shipping required on damaged pieces. We deal with the carrier claim on your behalf.
